The Cachaça Minuca

In 1998, began the production of Cachaça Minuca, previusly known as Santa Inês. After 10 years of hard work and dedication, Cachaça Minuca became one of the most apprecciated and acclaimed national distilled.
      The CACHAÇA MINUCA is made within strict standards of national and international quality certified by the chemist Engels Maciel who uses exclusive tecniques for its elaboration.
    The process starts with the plantation and handdling of organic selected seedling, followed by permanent physical-chemical analisys of its fermentation, destilation and aging.   
All this care and strict supervise makes Cachaça Minuca a unique product, easily seen by its translucent aspect, harmonious aroma and fine taste.


"To visit "Chácara Santa Inês" became a cultural event. The property has around 56 species of fruits and all the production of sweets still follows old cooking traditions of Vale do Paraíba (region where Chacará Santa Inês is located).”
