"Cascudo" fish in cachaça marinade with tangerine sauce Print E-mail

- 1 kg of cleaned “cascudos”.
- 3 glasses of tangerine juice.
- 1 glass of good cachaça.
- juice of 2 lemons.
- 2 onions cut in very thin slices.
- 1 green pepper cut very thin.
- salt, as much as you like.
 - pepper.
- Put the cleaned “cascudos” on a sieve and pour a teapot of boiled water. After strained and still hot, put them in a mixture prepared with the rest of the ingredients and let them marinade 3 days in the refrigerator. Serve with cooked potatoes in oil and garlic.
